In a world that is becoming increasingly more exclusive and inaccessible; we don’t need anymore expensive health and wellness programs to heal. H4H is cultivating a community of inclusivity. This includes providing our community with free and low cost programs, classes, books, custom modalities, and wellness resources that focus on trauma healing. H4H is where we come to heal from our trauma. We provide the tools and programs and you do the hard work:)

We are a community where you can safely tell your story, and not be judged. While we heal; we build connection, and spark new friendships by sharing with others who can relate. We are here to heal. But it’s our community who serves as the heart of our movement, and its effectiveness on changing the world. 

Our world, as we know it, has been hijacked by a system designed to work for only a few who feel they own the rights to our mind, body and happiness. Not only do they control our food, water, and healthcare, but they also dictate our behavior through the media. 

You know that feeling of not being worthy, or not ever being able to get ahead? This is a result of our environment: the societal, systemic, and cultural oppression inflicted upon us by this imposed system. Together through systematic trauma healing, courses, and being in community; we will learn how to become emotionally and psychologically free of it. You will heal from the root of your pain: peeling the layers to become authentically you again, so you can start living your best life.
