H4H is all about mastering the human journey, and making this one our most epic one yet. Unraveling the parts of us that remain hidden and obscure, so that we can express ourselves completely, vulnerably, and authentically. Deep within us lies some trauma, pain, & defects, and that’s ok, because we all have it. It’s how we deal with it that sets us apart from one another. By facing our shadow, we can heal ourselves- to heal the world.
The first step is acknowledging our broken pieces, and making peace with it. The second step is taking steps to forgiveness. The third is doing the healing work to mend these pieces, to make ourselves whole and authentic again.

Let’s rewrite the script for humanity to play in unison and compassion for all living things; through owning our healing journey and COMPASSIONATE ACTION! H4H Wellness is on a mission to make holistic healthcare and transformational education accessible to all through means of mental health programs; trauma counseling, wellness tools, community, and social impact campaigns to activate a culture of inclusivity and action. We are co-creating a healing movement that takes back our power!
Origin
Healers for Humanity Foundation, our sister org, 501c3 non profit was founded in 2017. It operates similarly to a Doctor’s without Borders, but offers holistic medicine, trauma response therapy, and relief aid. Our practitioners have donated their services and resources during natural disasters & humanitarian crises. We also co-create incredible transformative healing fundraising events to bring holistic health practices, and alternative medicine to communities in need.
While HFHF’s mission hasn’t changed; it’s only grown to become a broader catalyst in the transformation of our current healthcare and education sphere. H4HF’s focus is shifting to providing the tools and training to heal and educate children and women in third world countries.
We are also partnering with health insurance organizations to evolve their dated systems, and offer greater access to alternative and functional medicine to ALL.
By our collaborative approach of creating the framework and programs to heal our trauma, in combination to co-exist with existing models we are co-creating a monumental, rapid collective shift in how we live, show up, and how we create.

Created as a hybrid model to accompany H4HF in 2019. The mission of H4H wellness is in alignment with Healers for Humanity. We want to bring you the best in alternative medicine; both free and affordable on a global scale. H4H wellness is about the community. The community that is the heartbeat of this movement to heal, unify, and transform our broken world. We are building a worldwide movement of healing and personal empowerment through a mindful community!
With H4H; you’re healing yourself to heal the planet. We are a people over profit company. Not only does a percentage of our profits go to H4HF to fund health and educational initiatives for disadvantaged communities, but our CEO donates their equity to the Non-profit every year.
